TurboCASH Roadshow
Introduction
There are 40 000 TurboCASH Users, 15000 in South Africa. There will be 20 000 before the end of the year.
Currently we offer them a free download of the software. We want to offer them a "near free" opportunity to come to a 1 day workshop and be trained on using the TurboCASH System and related systems and how to interface to opportunities for Small business.
We expect to attract 5000 delegates to various venues. The cost of delivering this service is approximately R300 per delegate or R 1,5 MIllion. We intend to cover this cost with corporate sponsorship and a small delegate entrance fee.
Format of the Roadshow
The road show is a one day affair with 4 sessions, 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. There are a number tracks that users can attend. This breaks the presentations up into smaller, more manageable units.

Sponsorship opportunitites
We give away TurboCASH Accounting packages to Small business - we are very successful at this. Currently 500 downloads per day, 2000 new company registrations per month. TurboCASH is one of the fastest growing communities on the web today. See our Independent Download Stats. These Registrations are categorised by country. Our limitation is that it is a Zero Revenue business and we would like to expand this by :
i) Paying to have the users come to free workshops to learn TurboCASH and other Small Business techniques and leave as Small Business evangelists.
ii) Spend marketing money to give away packages
By upstreaming our community to your realted Community, we provide huge opportunities for networking and business offerings. We are lookinf for Naming Sponsors that will pay $ 50 000, who get enough benefit to have us introduce their channel to our users in a relaxed environment under the banner of their products. This "Roadshow" is a networking opportunity that we will guarantee huge participation from our community.
Besides the fact that we would offer you a portion of the revenue raised to the facilitators many other value added opportunites will arise from the Roadshow.
The TurboCASH users are a large homogeneous group. Small busineses, predominantly VAT payers. They have common needs and we are happy to introduce partners and sponsors' services.
