Pieter - Implement the invoice using the default Tax account from the Debtor

Sylvain - Implement reports Particularly Invoicing on US paper sizes (8.5" by 11.5")

Philip - Language File For US, US Chart of Accounts.

Pieter - Add the Install project to the CVS.

Philip - Teach Danie, Malcom, Rob How Install works.

Sylvain - merge code with Pieter's CVS, produce release of Online Banking
