Good Things is an en commandite partnership represented by Flash Internet CC (Flash)as the disclosed partner. Partners are the sole beneficiaries of The Good Things Partnership.

Shares are the shares of the partners. These shares follow the numbering system of ordinary shares in a company. Shares entitle the owners to a proportion of the surplus of the partnership or to the accrual of the sale of the TurboCASH Rights.

Flash agress that the Broker may solicit partnerships by issuing equity at a rate to be agreed on. Flash agrees that whoever the Broker introduces Flash to, the Broker shall receive and amount of Equity equal to 20% of that issued to the New partner.

This agreement is valid for 90 Days.
